Mentoring agreement

Thank you for completing your 2022 WCM’s University Mentorship Program Protégée Application Form. You will be notified if your application was successful in late December 2021 and the program will begin in January 2022.

By applying to WCM's Mentorship Program, you acknowledge that personal information including, but not limited to, your first name, last name, email address, phone number, address and other details (collectively “Personal Information”) included in the application package will be collected from you by WCM. By providing your Personal Information to WCM, you consent and agree to WCM’s collection and use of your Personal Information to administer the Program.
