Mentoring agreement
Thank you for volunteering to be a mentor in WCM’s 2022 University Mentorship Program. Please note that the matching process is done on a best efforts basis. You will be notified if your application was successful in late December 2021 and the program will begin in January 2022.
By applying to WCM's Mentorship Program, you acknowledge that personal information including, but not limited to, your first name, last name, email address, phone number, address and other details (collectively “Personal Information”) included in the application package will be collected from you by WCM. By providing your Personal Information to WCM, you consent and agree to WCM’s collection and use of your Personal Information to administer the Program.
